How to Use

Using your LYCATALK is easy – Simply follow the simple steps below and you'll be using your account in no time at all.

Accessing your account via website:

1. Simply log on to www.lycatalk.us
2. Login to your Lycatalk Account and enter your account number and your password
3. This will lead you to the Account information page
4. You can then edit your account details by clicking on edit registration details
5. You can view your call history and top up history
6. Register phone numbers by clicking Add/Delete CLI Numbers

First time user with Lycatalk service from a Mobile or Landline:

Using 1-866-569-4390 (English Toll Free Access Number), 1-866-601-2683 (Spanish Toll Free Access Number) Or Local Access Number.

You can use the service in the following way:

1. Dial: 1-866-539-4390 or Local Access number
2. You will be asked to enter your pin number
3. Enter the destination number, including the full local, national or international dialing code and number E.g. US to UK

Example:1-866-539-4390 -> Pin number -> 011-44-xxx-xxxxxxx

Accessing your account via touch tone phone:

Using 1-866-569-4390 (English Toll Free Access Number), 1-866-601-2683 (Spanish Toll Free Access Number) Or Local Access Number.

You can use the service in the following way:

1. Dial: 1-866-539-4390 or Local Access number
2. Wait for the prompt
3. Enter the destination number, including the full local, national or international dialing code and number E.g. US to UK

Example:1-866-539-4390 -> wait for the announcement -> 011-44-xxx-xxxxxxx

Please note the following (For either registered/not registered phone).

1. Please DO NOT 'dial' or 'enter' key after entering the destination number.
2. Please DO NOT 'select' the destination numbers from the 'contact list / phone book' of your phone/mobile and press enter/dial as this will generate a new call which will be charged by your phone/mobile operator.

NOTE: Please check the rates of dialing the access numbers from your mobile / landline operators.

We recommend that you use the Local Access number for placing calls from you mobile as many mobile operators do not charge for these numbers and consider them in the inclusive minutes added to your mobile contract.

How to use the added Feature Keys

Once you are connected to the service use the following feature keys to enhance your LYCATALK experience

1. Next Call: Press ## to disconnect the call and you will hear a prompt to make a new call then dial your destination number.
2. Recharge: *3 (follow the Phone/IVR Prompt: PRESS 1 – Credit/Debit card or PRESS 2 – Voucher pin.)
3. Re-dial: Press #1 to re-dial the previous number.

Speed Dial

Lycatalk provides Speed Dial, a feature to make your calling easier, whereby you don't have to remember the lengthy destination numbers.

Speed Dial allows you to store and quickly dial your destination number

How to set up Speed Dial online?

1. Login to your account using your account number and password
2. Select the Speed Dial Menu option
3. To Setup the favorite destination numbers:
   • Enter the phone number.
4. Setup all the numbers you want to configure and select "save"

How to set up Speed Dial using Phone/IVR?

1. Dial the access number
2. Follow the normal procedure to verify your pin number
3. When prompted to destination number, press #* for main menu.
4. And then press 2 to access the speed dial menu.

How to make a call using Speed Dial?

To enjoy the benefit of hassle free calling using Speed Dial:

1. Dial the access number
2. Follow the normal procedure to verify your pin number
3. When prompted for destination number, press the speed dial number followed by "key, for e.g. if your destination number is registered at no.1, dial 1* and it will attempt to connect immediately.

Example:1-866-539-4390 -> wait for the announcement -> 1*

Please note that some services would not work if you balance is $0.00

Please exclude international code when saving destination in Speed Dial.
